  • Full Fee can be postponed and not to be postponed. 
  • After the judgement court might ask defender to pay the court fee to court or to plaintiff if he is found guilty.
  • After the judgement court might ask defender to pay the half court fee.
  • 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 or whatever the decided fee is, plaintiff or defender has to pay, as per the Court's order which comes with Final Verdict. 
Mostly the Fee is paid by the defender when plaintiff is found innocent by the Court. For Civil or Criminal Cases the compensations can also be filed mostly by a separate lawsuit. Latest and applicable court fee rates can be checked with Dubai Courts, Abu Dhabi Courts, Sharjah Courts, Ajman Courts, RAK Courts, Fujairah Court, Ummal Quwain Courts. Fee plan are not the same.
