Labour and Employment Laws Observations:  

In every country, there are labour and employment laws that must be observed by the organization. Every employee and employer should be aware of the laws that protect them in the event of a violation. Similarly, the UAE enforces various labour regulations to protect both employees and employers. One of those regulations states that an employer must provide an employee with a minimum of 30 days notice before terminating employment so that he or she can look for another job. This law is rigid, which indicates that no organization will be able to reduce the time.

Shorter Contractual Notice:

If an employer gives a shorter contractual notice to an employee, the employer is unlikely to enforce it. There is no such thing as redundancy compensation in the law, and they don't even acknowledge it. However, the legislation stipulates that if an employee is fired for reasons other than poor performance, he or she is entitled to up to three months' pay. The topic of redundancy, on the other hand, is still hotly debated, and whether it should be included in the legislation or not is still up for debate.

UAE Labour Law set new rules for 2022. These are not entirely new rules but the rules from the UAE Labour Law with modifications. These Modifications should be learnt and observed by all the Dubai and UAE based companies. It is not necessary that it will be implemented when there will be arisen of an issue.
